Alfreton Golf Club Juniors
Here at Alfreton, we cater for all types of juniors, both girls and boys are welcome, from beginners of any age upwards.
Membership fees – Annual membership is graded/tiered up to the age of 21.
J1 – Under the age of 16 – £100
J2 – 16-18 years – £125
J3 18+ in full time education – £205
Intermediate 18-21 – £350
All the above rates include £17.50, the Affiliation Fees payable to Derbyshire Golf and England Golf.
Our Juniors meet on a Thursday evening at 4.30pm from the first Thursday in April until the last Thursday in September. We have coaching sessions with our Professional and an award system which encourages, helps, and supports Juniors develop on their golfing journey.
All our Juniors are supported by people who are approved to work with you children and have been DBS checked.
The Junior Organiser is Diana Riley, and she is helped by Martyn Baraclough and a team of volunteers.
Our 2026 Junior Captain is Charlie Wakelin, and the Junior Vice Captain is Liam Denholm.
