Calling all Members of Alfreton Golf Club

After the success of this years Golfer Non Golfer Competition it has been proposed that we hold another event on the 30th August.

If you would like the event to be held please send an email to peter.hilton79@btinternet.com and if sufficient numbers are interested I’ll run the competition again.

Tee times will commence from approximately 4.00pm and will continue until approximately 5.15pm

The competition will be held over 10 holes ladies will use the bronze tee’s men will use the silver tees.

The golfer will play all shots from tee to green and the non golfer will play all shots using a putter.

The number of shots the golfer takes will be recorded and the number of putts taken will be recorded separately.

Handicaps will be used against the total score of each team.

Entrance fee is £5.00 per team of two.

There will be prizes awarded for the best team and the best non golfer recording the lowest total number of putts.

If you want to play in the event I will organise food, for after your round, with Steve and Teressa. Please let me know about this in your email reply.

This is the ideal opportunity to show your wife/children/husband/mum and dad why you spend so much time on a round of golf.
