Our annual Seniors Open was completed yesterday, 24th July. It was a very successful day with the weather staying dry and the course having greened up significantly over the past week.

The excellent condition of the greens lead to some good scores being needed to make the top 6 places for prizes.

The results and voucher prize winners were as follows:

1^st – Dennis Fleet & William Bainbridge – 45 points
2^nd – Gary Crompton & David Lewis – 44 points (17 on back 6 holes)
3^rd – Trevor Haslam & John Pollard – 44 points (16 on back 6 holes)
4^th – Paul Eveson & Ian Cook – 43 points
5^th – Mac Clarkson & Gary Reid – 42 points (22 on back 9 holes)
6^th – Ross Poyner & Derrick Hardman – 42 points (20 on back 9 holes)
