A thank you to past Captain, Billy Morrison who has again arranged the Wednesday fIddle away day to play for the Alan Bleasdale Trophy.

It was played today, 25^th September, at Norwood Park , with 23 players participating and the prize winners were:

1^st – Pete Gould: 40pts

2^nd – Frank McCabe: 36pts

3^rd– John Bennett: 36pts

Numerous players were close to the prizes on 35pts.

AmAm winners with 90pts were Pete Gould, Tony Morgan, Pete Duric and Dave Duric.

Nearest the pin winners were Alan Beastall on the 5^th and John Bennett on the 12^th

Despite torrential rain forecast for the day as recently as last Sunday making Billy thinking of cancel the event, it was dry until we all got back for an excellent post-match barbeque. After which Club President Dereck Martin presented Peter with the Trophy.
